- Operational records (returns, pickups, and drop-offs): Typically retained for up to 2 years after your last activity, unless a longer period is necessary for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Operational media (package photos): May be retained for up to 3 years to document package handling, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.
- Financial records: May be retained for up to 3 years or as otherwise required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and business requirements.
