Book your pickup — Choose a convenient pickup window that works for you.
Leave it to us — Leave your return package outside your door, or hand it directly to our driver.
We drop it off — We take your package to the appropriate carrier or Amazon return location — UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Whole Foods. You'll get a notification once it's accepted and scanned by the carrier.
Proof of your return — You'll receive a pickup photo confirming we collected your package, a label photo showing the return label attached (if we printed it for you), a drop-off photo confirming it reached the carrier, and official tracking once it's scanned.
Yes — you'll need a valid return label from the retailer. If you're unable to print one yourself, upload it during booking and we'll print it for you at no charge.
Packages can weigh up to 75 lbs each (150 lbs total from one location) and up to 36" x 36" x 36". We can't accept items restricted by the retailer or carrier, hazardous materials or liquids, or perishables — check with your retailer about restrictions before scheduling a pickup.
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll review your pickup, package, label, and drop-off documentation and help you resolve the issue. Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, shipping and transit are handled by the carrier — we'll provide the available documentation and tracking information to help you follow up.
Yes. You can cancel your current pickup and schedule a new pickup time that works better for you.
